We're not all that crazy about bios. We'd much rather let our work tell you about us. We think that who we are, and how we see things, is reflected in our photographs. On the other hand, it's nice to know a few facts about who you might be working with, so here are some details.
Claire LewisClaire was born in England, studied photography in New York, and traveled the world working on numerous documentary projects and magazine assignments, as well as photographing for a wide range of non-profit clients. She has photographed weddings across the United States and in Europe. For more than twenty years now she has been earning her living with a camera in hand - doing what she loves best. Claire recently authored the critically acclaimed Exposed: Confessions of a Wedding Photographer. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
Tia GavinTia is a native of Marin County with a degree in Theatre from The Juilliard School and a degree in Sociology from UCLA, both fields of study which she's actually found extremely useful while shooting over 200 weddings! She's been commissioned to photograph weddings as far afield as Jaipur, India, and amongst other publications her work has appeared in The Knot Magazine, The New York Times, and Wine Spectator. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, two amazing sons, and an Australian Shepherd who worships the ground she walks upon. |
